BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER

Understanding the marketplace

Burbn B2B connects business Buyers with independent Suppliers. The Supplier identified in your final Order is the seller of the goods. Burbn provides the marketplace services and the express commitments described in these policies.

An inquiry, saved draft or indicative quote does not place an Order. The payment method and payment instructions for each purchase are provided in the final approved quotation and recorded with the Order. Review the identified Supplier, final specifications, charges, payment conditions and delivery responsibilities before confirming the final Approved Order Record.

Orders, policy versions and individual rights

The applicable version is made available during the relevant account, Supplier or Order acceptance process. Material later changes do not retrospectively reduce an accepted Order's rights. A separately negotiated term applies only within its lawful scope and between the parties who accepted it.

Personal-data and tracking matters follow the Privacy and Cookie Policies. A purchase agreement does not provide blanket consent to optional marketing, public use of private drawings or unrelated AI training. Mandatory consumer, privacy, MSME and other statutory rights remain available where they apply.

These B2B policies govern the activity within their stated scope. Retail policies on scrolling.in do not automatically determine a new B2B Order. The Marketplace Terms explain subject-matter priority and the relationship between documents.
